What is Brandweaver?
Brandweaver has
been developed specifically for marketing departments to manage
all aspects of their marketing material. It is a fully
customisable system that offers online artwork creation through
a series of branded templates through to full campaign tracking
and reporting. Marketing departments can choose to allow their
outlets to access the system to create localised marketing
material and manage their budgets accordingly. It serves as a
platform for reducing time taken on ad-hoc marketing requests,
print management and marketing material distribution.
What does it do?
It alleviates the resource intensive process associated with multi site operations, reduces the print and artwork creation costs across the organisation and protects brand integrity on all marketing material.
It allows marketing departments to place a variety of marketing material from posters to emails online – with the ability to change defined areas. The user can then customise and order these templates. The system sends print ready artwork to a printer for production and distribution.
Marketing departments can have complete visibility of what is being created through the system and have the ability to authorise where necessary and view budget spend per outlet. This enables marketing departments to control their ‘Brand’ across the company regardless of the number of outlets.

What IT support do I need?
Accessing the
Brandweaver system is simple all you need is an internet connection, a web browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our
recommended setup is Internet Explorer 7/8, and Adobe Reader 8 and above.

Brandweaver system is absolutely free, you simply pay for what you use -if there is any customisation required to the base system then a charge will apply.
